1 ¾ parts Blue Spirits Gin¾ part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur½ part simple syrup½ part lime juice4 cucumber cubes, each ¾”½ part club soda2 cucumber slices
Muddle cucumber cubes with lime juice in a mixing glass. Add gin, St-Germain, simple syrup and ice. Mix well and strain over fresh ice. Top with soda.

Shake ingredients well; fill collins glass with ice; strain shaker into glass. Fill to brim with soda; garnish with fresh raspberries.
