Simple Syrup Made Simple:
If you can boil water, you can make simple syrup. Yours can be infused with countless ingredients—including spices, herbs and fruit! Homemade simple syrup, once sealed and refrigerated, can live a happy life for up to a month of cocktails!
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add your selected flavor. Cool and pour into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid.
