Our water is our inspiration…
Lake Chelan is a fifty-five-mile-long geological crevice filled with pristine water, sometimes over fifteen hundred feet deep and, in places, only a mile wide—originally carved by glaciers. Today, the largest collection of glaciers in the lower forty-eight states still exists in the Washington North Cascades.
Every winter, snow stacks up in the mountains. Come spring, it melts into liquid gold—crisp, cold, impossibly pure. That’s the water we use to proof every single bottle.
We call it Blue Spirits because even in the whitest snow, there’s a glint of blue—an echo of the lake, of the cold, of something wild. No spirit can be better than the water that makes its proof.
