Simple Syrup Made Simple:

If you can boil water, you can make simple syrup. Yours can be infused with countless ingredients—including spices, herbs and fruit! Homemade simple syrup, once sealed and refrigerated, can live a happy life for up to a month of cocktails!

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup water

Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add your selected flavor. Cool and pour into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid.

A Quick Vacation

1.5oz Grapefruit Vodka

.75oz Pina Colada Mix

.5oz Lemon Juice

.25oz Rose Simple Syrup

1 dropper Orange Bitters

Shaken and serve with ice!

Mango Tango Cosmo

2oz Mango Vodka

1oz Cranberry or Pomegranate Juice

.5 oz Lime Juice

Combine and shake with ice….

Strain into chilled martini glass,

add a splash of Citrus Sparkling Soda,

garnish with Lime

Amazing Bloody Mary

1.5oz Pepper or Cucumber Vodka

.25 oz Pickle Vodka

4 oz Bloody Mary Mix (we love Parker’s and V8)

Squeeze of Lime slice

Rim mug w/Bloody Mary Salt, Mix and pour

over Ice, garnish with Celery, Cucumber, Olives,

Pickled Beans and Asparagus

Wanderlust

1.5oz Lime Tequila

.50oz Triple Sec

2oz Grapefruit Juice

.25oz Agave

.50oz Lime Juice

2 Dashes Firewater Bitters

Rim rocks glass with black salt, shake all ingredients.

Pour over Ice. Garnish with Lime and Rosemary.

Golden Hour

2.5 oz Grapefruit Vodka

.50oz Rose Vermouth

.25oz Passion Fruit Simple Syrup

Shaken and served in a chilled martini

glass with a lemon twist.

Sunny Day

1.5oz Lime Tequila

.50oz Lemon Juice

.50oz Raspberry Liqueur

1 Dash Orange Bitters

Top with Ginger Beer

Serve in a tall glass over ice.

Chai Old Fashioned

2oz Bourbon Whisky

.50z Orange Vanilla Simple Syrup

4 dashes Chai Bitters

Stir all ingredients and strain over a big rock.

Garnish with an orange peel.

Windswept

1oz Blue Wind Gin

.50oz Lime Juice

.50oz Violette

.25oz Orgeat

Shake all ingredients and strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with a cherry.

Acer Old Fashioned

1.5oz Bourbon Whisky

1oz Peirates Rum

.5oz Bittermilk Barrel Aged Old Fashioned

6 Dashes of Spiced Apple Bitters

Combine all ingredients into mixer glass

with ice. Stir well and strain into rocks glass.

Garnish with lemon peel.

One Night on Oaxaca

.5oz Bittermilk Oaxacan Old Fashioned Syrup

.5oz Sweet Vermouth

Dash of Chocolate Bitters

Dash of Orange Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake,

strain into rocks glass with more ice and garnish

with cherry and orange.

Blue’s Espresso Martini

2.5oz Espresso Vodka

.25oz Almond Orange Vodka

.25oz Royal Rose Vanilla Orange Syrup

2 Dash Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters

Drizzle chocolate sauce in chilled martini

glass. Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice,

shake well and strain in glass. Garnish with

orange slice, peel, or coffee beans.

Fireside Chat

1oz Rye Whisky

1oz Espresso Vodka

.5oz Bittermilk Rouge

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

Combine all ingredients – shake with ice

and strain. Then top with caramel foam

(combine heavy cream with caramel sauce

in a whip cream cannister).

Ice Queen

1.5oz Blue Spirits Blue Wind Gin
0.75 oz Giffard Crème de Violette Liqueur
0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 Agave Syrup
Dash of Orange Bitters

Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon.

0.5oz Blue Spirits Grapefruit Vodka
0.5oz Passion Fruit Simple Syrup
0.5oz Lemon
0.75oz Pomegranate Cosmo Mixer
Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients to the shaker. Strain into a martini glass; garnish with a dehydrated or fresh lemon wheel.

Bamboozle

1.5oz Blue Spirits Ghost #6
0.25oz Green Chartreuse Liqueur
0.5oz Fresh Lemon juice
0.5oz Lavender or Lemon Simple Syrup

Add all ingredients to shaker. Dry shake, then add ice and shake to cool.

Jalisco Villa de Sour

1.5oz Blue Spirits Lime Tequila
0.5oz Sour Mix
0.5oz Spiced Cranberry Simple
0.5oz Ancho Reyes
Egg Whites

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with minimal ice, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Star Anise.

Dark Russian

2oz Blue Spirits Espresso Vodka
1.5oz Heavy Cream or 1/2and1/2
0.5oz Orange Vanilla Simple Syrup
4 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Mix ingredients well and pour over ice with an Orange peel.

Kiwi Mojo

2oz Blue Spirits Peirate’s Rum
0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5oz Mint Simple Syrup
2 Kiwi Fruit Slices
0.25oz St Germain Liqueur
0.25oz Aquavit
Mint leaves

Muddle Kiwi, Mint leaves and Mint Simple Syrup in shaker add ice and other ingredients. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with mint and lime.

Pink Pepper Classic

2oz Blue Spirits Pepper Vodka
0.5oz Hibiscus Grenadine
0.5oz Lime Juice
Splash of Soda Water

Combine the Vodka, Grenadine and Lime Juice in a Shaker of ice, shake vigorously, pour into cold glass, top with a splash of Soda Water and Lime Wedge.

Lavender Martini

1.5oz Blue Spirits Grapefruit Vodka
0.25oz Blue Spirits Lavender Vodka
or generous dashes of Lavender Bitters
0.75oz Lavender Simple Syrup
0.75oz Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a Shaker of ice, shake vigorously, pour into chilled Martini glass rimmed with sugar.

Cucumber Smash

1 ¾ parts Blue Spirits Gin
¾ part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ part simple syrup
½ part lime juice
4 cucumber cubes, each ¾”
½ part club soda
2 cucumber slices

Muddle cucumber cubes with lime juice in a mixing glass. Add gin, St-Germain, simple syrup and ice. Mix well and strain over fresh ice. Top with soda.

Lime Tequila Game Changer

1.5oz Blue Spirits Lime Tequila
1oz lime juice
0.5oz triple sec
0.75oz Tippleman’s Cola Syrup

Add everything to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass for a little high-brow style! Garnish with a lime slice.

Spicy Cadillac Margarita

1.5oz Blue Spirits Lime Tequila
0.5oz Cointreau
0.5oz Lime Juice
Splash Soda
Ancho Chili – Salt Rim.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake to mix and pour everything into a margarita glass rimmed with Ancho Chili Salt. Yum!

Leap Year Cocktail

2oz Blue Spirits gin
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1/2 ounce orange liqueur (Grand Marnier)
1/4 ounce lemon juice

Add everything to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon and a Bourbon Cherry!

Hemingways Haircut

2.5 oz Blue Spirits Peirates Rhum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Cream of Coconut
Aromatic Bitters

Shake ingredients well; serve in rocks glass. Fill to brim w/ ice. Sprinkle nutmeg over foam. Garnish w/ Pineapple nibs, cherry, and umbrella.

Blackberry Basil Margarita

2 oz. Blue Spirits Lime Tequila
1 oz Stonewall Margarita Mix
0.5 oz Lime Juice
2 Basil Leaves
Handfull of Blackberries

Muddle blackberries and Basil leaves in shaker. Add remaining ingredients; shake well. Empty shaker contents into rocks or margarita glass. Top w/ soda. Garnish w/ fresh blackberry + basil leaf.

Embarcadero

1 oz Blue Spirits Rye
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Amaro
Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients to rocks glass; stir well. Add ice ball; garnish w/ expressed lemon peel.

Raspberry Fizz

2 oz. Blue Spirits 6x Vodka
0.75 oz Raspberry Infused Aperol
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Soda Water

Shake ingredients well; fill collins glass with ice; strain shaker into glass. Fill to brim with soda; garnish with fresh raspberries.
